通过溶液培养 ,研究不同浓度镉 (Cd2 + ,0~ 10 0mg/L)对水稻幼苗生长及生理特性的影响 结果表明 ,含Cd2 + 营养液培养水稻幼苗 ,植株矮小 ,株高增长受抑制 ,叶片干重降低 ,苗鲜重减少 低浓度Cd2 + (0~ 5 0mg/L)使叶片叶绿素含量增加 ,高浓度Cd2 + 10 0mg/L使其降低 Cd2 + 毒害使水稻幼苗叶片膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量增加 ,SOD、CAT活性降低 ,POD活性升高

Abstract:

Nutrient solution culture experiment was conducted to study the effect of Cd 2+ treatment (0, 0.5,1. 0,5. 0,10. 0 mg/L) on plant growth and some physiological characteristics of rice (Oryza sativa L. ) seedlings. The results showed that Cd 2+ inhibited the increase of plant height and lowered dry matter weight of leaf and fresh weight of shoot. Low concentration of Cd 2+ (0~0.5 mg/L) treatment increased chlorophyll content though high concentration of Cd 2+ (10.0 mg/L) treatment could reduced it. Additionally, Cd 2+ treatment increased MDA content and POD activity,inhibited SOD and CAT activity in leaf.
